1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Spentry app ('Service'), you agree to these Terms of Service ('Terms') and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, do not use Spentry.

2. Description of Service

Spentry is a Shopify-connected tool designed to help merchants track their costs, expenses, and profitability. The app is available exclusively to Shopify store owners.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Spentry, you agree to:

Provide accurate information during setup and usage
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or misuse the Service
Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and Shopify’s Partner Program Agreement

4. Account & Store Data

We link your Shopify store and email address to your Spentry account.
If you uninstall the app, we delete your store and all related data within 48 hours, per Shopify’s Data Erasure Policy.

5. Fees & Billing

Spentry may offer free trials and paid plans.
You will be notified of any pricing changes before they take effect.
Billing is handled via Shopify's app billing system.

6. Termination

You can terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to Spentry at any time if:

You violate these Terms
You abuse the Service or compromise its integrity
Required by law or Shopify

7. Data Handling & Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for full details. In short:

We don’t store customer data
We securely store your business data and delete it on uninstall or upon request
We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and Shopify’s privacy standards

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Spentry, its creators, and partners shall not be liable for:

Any loss of profits, data, or business interruption
Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you. Your continued use of Spentry means you accept the updated Terms.
